Requesting the ORMECO to include in its sitio electrification program the energization of sitios matabangkal, sta. rosa II and areas from San Vicente to San Juan proper, sitios balagway, bantianon and ugyong in barangay benli, and sitio bakod, bangkuris, bayod and sue in barangay nasucob, all in the
