Earnestly Requesting the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) thru Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan to allocate the necessary funds needed for the completion of Local Access Road from Sitio Bagacay to Sitio San Vicente located at Barangay San Juan leading to Tourism Areas of White Beaches in Bar
