Special Ordinance requiring all heads of National, Regional, Provincial Government and other concerned agencies including contractors implementing infrastractures projects, programs and activities in every Barangay comprisng the Municipality of Bulalacao, Province of Oriental Mindoro to inform and secure permission from the Sangguniang Barangay concerned and to submit program of works before the start of the project and to require further the inspectorate team as signatories in the Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Acceptance for every project completed
