Ratifying the Contract of Service entered into by and between the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro represented by its Local Chief Executive, Honorable Ernilo C. Villas with six (6) additional Health Personnel and Administrative Aide I assigned in the Municipal Health Office task to perform the duties and functions as mentioned in the contract under the supervision of the First party and this agreement shall commence on January 03, 2023 to December 31, 2023
