AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR TO REPRESENT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BULALACAO TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT OF SERVICE WITH ENGR. ELYZZA MAE P. BORBON AND ENGR. AGNES GRACE F. SABULAO ENGAGING THEIR SERVICES AS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT AND PROJECT EVALUATION OFFICER IN THE MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING OFFICE TASK TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS STATED IN THE CONTRACT IN CONSIDERATION OF A MONTHLY RATE OF SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 16,000.00) SUBJECT TO A "NO WORK, NO PAY" RULE AND OTHER ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING RULES AND REGULATIONS AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT ON JUNE 16, 2023 UP TO DECEMBER 31, 2023 AND SUCH OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES
