Villas with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Regional Office, MIMAROPA represented by its Regional Director, Leonardo C. Reynoso, CESO III to ensure the successful implementation of the Supplemental Feeding Program (SFP) and Milk Feeding program (MFP) by LGU-Bulalacao in line with the current laws and guidelines of the program.
