Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, the Hon. Lumelito M. Cabagay to represent the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro to enter into a Contract of Lease with Meinrado Macaya regarding a certain portion of lot situated in Barangay Campaasan with TCT No. T-27303 under Tax Declaration No. 2015-040007.00650 to be rented by the LGU-Bulalacao in the amount of five thousand pesos (PhP5,000.00) monthly which will be used as the public parking starting July 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025.
