Authorizing the Municipal Mayor to represent the Local Government unit of Bulalacao to enter and sign into a sub-project agreement and the mutual partnership agreement with the department of social welfare and development (DSWD) through the DSWD field office, MIMAROPA represented by its regional director, Leonardo C. Reynoso, CESO III for the implementation of the Sub-project that was indentified by the Community using the community driven development process (CDDP) and was identified for implementation by the KALAHI-CIDSS and for the operation and maintenance of the sub-project in the Municipality of Bulalacao, Province of Oriental MIndoro.
