AUTHORIZING HONORABLE LUMELITO M. CABAGAY, MUNICIPAL MAYOR TO REPRESENT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BULALACAO, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ENTER INTO MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT, DSWD REGIONAL OFFICE, MIMAROPA REPRESENTED BY ITS REGIONAL DIRECTOR, LEONARDO C.
