CABAGAY WITH JOHN KARL AMIGABLE ABELLANA ENGAGING HIS SERVICES AS STREET DANCE CHOREOGRAPHER DURING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE BULALACAO TO THE ORIENTAL MINDORO FESTIVAL SHOWCASE IN CELEBRATION OF ITS 75TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY IN CONSIDERATION OF HIS TALENT FEE AMOUNTING TO TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP200,000.00) AND SUCH OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MAY BE AGREED UON BY BOTH PARTIES
