Authorizing the Municipal Mayor to represent the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Paradigm Colleges of Science and Technology, Inc., (PCST), Roxas, Oriental Mindoro represented by its President, Hernan C. Erorita accepting and allowing the students of PCST as trainees in the LGU-Bulalacao in support to its internship program and develop strong academic-industry linkage and such other terms and conditions which may be agreed by both parties
