AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HONORABLE LUMELITO M. CABAGAY TO REPRESENT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BULALACAO, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ENTER INTO A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH BENJIE M. SALAS ANDJOJIE M. SALAS, OWNER OF A PARCEL OF LOTS SITUATED IN SITIO TULALE, BARANGAY MAUJAO WITH A WATER SOURCE THAT SUPPLIES POTABLE WATER TO BARANGAYS POBLACION AND CAMPAASAN IN CONSIDERATION OF A MONTHLY RENTAL FEE OF SIX THOUSAND PESOS (PhP6,000.00) STARTING JULY 1, 2025 UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2025.
