Resolution Ratifying the Memorandum of Agreement entered into on March 20, 2023 by and between the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro represented by its Local Chief Executive, Honorable Ernilo C. Villas with the Department of Health, Center for Health Development, MIMAROPA represented by its Regional Director, Dr. Mario S. Baquilod, CESO IV to facilitate the payment of Health Emergency Allowance (HEA) to eligible Public and Private Health Care and Non-Health Care Workers during the Covid-19 Pandemic pursuant to implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 11712 and such other terms and conditions stipulated in the agreement
