AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, THE HONORABLE LUMELITO M. CABAGAY TO REPRESENT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BULALACAO, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ENTER A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR SALARY LOAN FACILITY WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) EXTENDING SALARY LOANS TO QUALIFIED OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF LGU-BULALACAO SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MAY BE AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES.
