Ratifying the Contract of Service entered into by and between the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro represented by its Local Chief Executive, Honorable Ernilo C. Villaswith the Full-Time and Part-Time Instructors of Mindoro State University-MBC, Bulalacao Extension Class task to perform the duties and functions assigned by the first party as stipulated in the Contract of Service starting from January 03, 2023 up to December 31, 2023 and such other terms and conditions that may be agreed upon by both parties
