CEZAR, NURSE II, MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE, BULALACAO ORIENTAL MINDORO TO OPEN A SEPARATE ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE IN LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) ROXAS BRANCH, ROXAS ORIENTAL MINDORO. PARTICULARLY INTENDED TO DEPOSIT AND ENCASH CHEQUES FROM PHILHEALTH AS MATERNAL CARE PACKAGE BENEFITS AND TB DOTS BENEFITS GIVEN TO CONCERNED MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE WITH THE ADVIXCE THAT DISBURSEMENTS OF SUCH FUND SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE POLICIES AND GUIDELINES SET BY THE PHILIPPINE HEALTH INSURANCE CORPORATION
