AN ORDINANCE REALIGNING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY ONE PESOS (PhP153,441.00) TAKEN FROM UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENDITURES (MOOE), OFFICE OF THE VICE MAYOR, OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN AND OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY TO THE SANGGUNIAN TO MOOE OF THREE OFFICES

BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro:

Section 1. There is hereby realigned the amount of one hundred fifty three thousand four hundred forty one pesos (PhP153,441.00) taken from unexpended balance of Maintenance and Other Operating Expenditures, Office of the Vice Mayor, Office of the Sangguniang Bayan and Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang to MOOE of three offices mentioned hereunder; to wit:
