Ratifying the Contract of Service entered into by the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro represented by its Local Chief Executive, Engr. Ernilo C. Villas with Engr. Krista Mae O. Rapal engaging the services of the latter as Project Development Officer I tasks to perform the duties and functions mentioned in the contract which shall commence on January 03, 2023 until December 31, 2023 and such other terms and conditions that may be agreed upon by both parties
