Cabagay to represent the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, , Oriental Mindoro to enter into a Contract of Lease with the following individuals who owned the water sources in different barangay which are rented by LGU- Bulalacao to supply water within that barangay in consideration of a monthly rental fee fixed herein starting July 1, 2025 up to December 31, 2025.
