Authorizing the Municipal Mayor to represent the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Department of Health-Center for Health Development-NINAROPA for the grant of Health Emergency Allowance (HEA) to eligible Health Care Workers and Non-Health Care Workers as determined by the LGU-Bulalacao, Municipal Health Office in accordance with Department of Health Administrative Order No. 2022-0039 entitled "Supplemental Guidelines on the grant of Health Emergency Allowance to eligible Public and Private Health Care and Non-Health Care Workers during the Covid-19 Pandemic pursuant to the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 11712"
