AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HONORABLE LUMELITO M. CABAGAY TO REPRESENT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BULALACAO, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH RUEL FOUNDATION FOR THE PROPER REFERRAL, CARE AND CASE MANAGEMENT OF CHILDREN FROM THIS MUNICIPALITY WHO ARE IN NEED OF TEMPORARY PLACEMENT AND PROTECTION AND SUCH OTHER TERMS AND CONDITION AS MAY BE AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES.
