AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, THE HONORABLE LUMELITO M. CABAGAY TO REPRESENT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BULALACAO, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (DOST) REPRESENTED BY ITS OFFICER IN CHARGE, ENGR. JERRY B. MERCADO FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT LUMEL - LEVERAGING USE OF MARINE WATER AND ENVIRONMENT FOR LIFE SUSTAINING DRINKING WATER THROUGH SOLAR POWERED DESALINATION IN BARANGAY MILAGROSA, THIS MUNICIPALITY AND SUCH OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MAY BE AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES.
