AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, HONORABLE LUMELITO M. CABAGAY TO REPRESENT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BULALACAO, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF ORIENTAL MINDORO REPRESENTED BY THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR, HONORABLE HUMERLITO A. DOLOR FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUSTAINABLE FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AT THIS MUNICIPALITY AND SUCH OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MAY BE AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES.
