HON. ENRICO C. VILLAS is the President of the Liga ng mga Punong Barangay of the Municipality of Bulalacao from 2015 to present. Being an ex officio member of the Sangguniang Bayan, he focuses on strengthening all the legislative measures to each and every barangay of Bulalacao. He assures that all the municipal ordinances enacted by the Sanggunian are being transferred to all Punong Barangays to guarantee its proper and definite implementation. Aside the Committee on Barangay Affairs, he is also the Chairperson of the Committee on Market and Slaughterhouse to which he performs enthusiastically for the betterment of all Bulalacaonons.
