Authorizing the Municipal Mayor to represent the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro herein referred to as the lessor to enter into a Contract of Lease with Bulalacao Development Cooperative (BUDECO) represented by its General Manager Mr. Danny A. Festin referred to as the lesses allowing the latter to occupy and lease the ground floor of the Tourism cum and Heritage Building situated in Barangay Poblacion in consideration of a monthly rental fee of twelve thousand pesos (PHP 12,000.00) inclusive of water and electricity and such other terms and conditions that may be agreed upon by both parties
