HON. JESS V. SAPUNGAN is an enthusiastic public servant who actively partakes for his role as a Member of the Sangguniang Bayan. He found his success in the field of entrepreneurship which provided him the means to help many Bulalacaonons who are struggling in life. His benevolence and genuine contributions to different activities and programs for the benefit of those who are on the fringes of the society, yielded him the trust and support of the people which put him into the world of politics as he was elected as Sangguniang Bayan Member in May of 2019. In his very first term where COVID-19 Pandemic occurred, he has been the Chairperson of Committee on Health where he has proven that with determination and genuine intentions he can fulfill all the duties and responsibilities bestowed upon him. His perseverance and active participation in pursuing valuable legislative measures for the advantage of every Bulalacaonon are truly commendable and serves as inspiration to the many.
