HON. MOSES M. OSORIO, SR. is a determined member of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro. Before entering the world of politics, he was not a novice in government service as he worked devotedly for more than three decades in the Local Government Unit of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro as Engineer II, Project Development Officer II and Supervising Public Utilities Regulation Officer, respectively, from January of 1993 to September of 2024. With his acquired skills and knowledge, he was opportunely noticed and won the hearts of the many, and got elected as Sangguniang Bayan Member on May 2025.
