HON. RAMON G. MAGBANUA is a seasoned public servant from Barangay Cambunang, Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro. He started his political career as Punong Barangay in years 2002 to 2007, from which he marked such excellence in governing his barangay. He made his way to higher position as he was elected as Sangguniang Bayan Member in May of 2007. He successfully finished his 3 terms as Sangguniang Bayan Member by giving voices and representation to every Bulalacaonon. The trust and overflowing support of the people had put him into becoming a Municipal Vice Mayor which he also successfully accomplished the 3 terms from 2016 to 2025, highlighting his win on the last term, 2022-2025 to which he had favorably won by being an unopposed candidate implicating the undivided support of the Bulalacaonons to him. His excellence as a Municipal Vice Mayor is unbounded as he became the President of the Vice Mayor’s League of the Philippines, Oriental Mindoro Chapter for 2022-2025 term for which he represented the Province of Oriental Mindoro in the 2022 Regional Election of the Vice Mayor’s League of the Philippines for MIMAROPA Region to which he was elected as one the Regional Board of Directors. Because of his exceptional leadership and performance in legislation, the people of Bulalacao wanted his continuous public service, hence, he was elected again on May 12, 2025 as a Sangguniang Bayan Member.
