HON. JOEJIE R. NARCISO is a persistent and reliable member of the 12^th Sangguniang Bayan of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro. It was not in his greatest desire to enter the world of politics, but the kindness and genuine act of service is natural to him that it made him well-known to people. With his own simple ways and best abilities that he could, he was able to provide help to the needful constituents. He was remarkable for being the Chairperson of Municipal Agriculture and Fishery Council from year 2019 to 2021 where he was able to support and empower the agricultural and fishery sector of Bulalacao. Since then, his leadership and excellence has been recognized by the many that made him elected as Sangguniang Bayan Member in May of 2022. His perseverance and active participation in pursuing valuable legislative measures for the advantage of every Bulalacaonon are truly commendable and serves as inspiration to the many. As his undeniably great performance in local legislation exposed to Bulalacaonons, he was elected again in the same position on May 12, 2025.
